The DSI Service for your product

We provide immediate support and availability of spare parts for DSI products to our customers, including the hydraulic and electrical equipment. The hydraulic hose for example are specially labeled for identification in any case of failure. This lable allows our customers to re-order the hydraulic hose immediately withouth previous identification of parameters like length and style of ends. Machine shops / service stations will be able to build the hydraulic hose individually according a separate list of hoses. If possible, we'll send the hydraulic hose by Express within 24 hours.

Reconditioning of drilling rigs made by other manufacturers could be done by our excellent qualified employees or our partners. It has to be taken into account that problems like rarely available spare parts or unsufficient support by the manufacturers could force delay. In that case components could be replaced by adequate functional replacements or individual manufactured spare parts by DSI.
